What data we process

Newsletter. If you subscribe we keep your email address, the date of your consent and the page you subscribed from, to send you news about our homes and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us or using the link in every email.

Requests via WhatsApp or email. When you use the request buttons we record anonymously which home, dates and number of guests you chose, to understand which homes and periods are most requested. Your IP address is not stored in clear. The WhatsApp conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Statistics and map. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit statistics and Google Maps for the maps. Details and choices in the cookie policy.

Legal basis and retention

For the newsletter the legal basis is your consent; data is kept until you unsubscribe. Request statistics are kept anonymously.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to the data controller. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
