Rivisondoli is known throughout Italy for its Living Nativity on 5 January, but it is lovely all year round: a compact centre, squares, views over the plateau and everything Alto Sangro has to offer close by.
The Monte Pratello lifts are the closest: you're on the slopes in a few minutes, linked to the rest of the ski area with the Alto Sangro ski pass. For cross-country skiing and snowshoeing there is the Sant'Antonio Forest, towards Pescocostanzo.
Cool air, meadows and trails. From Rivisondoli you can set off on easy walks and day trips to the Abruzzo National Park, Scanno and Sulmona.
Choose the home, your dates and the number of guests: the message is pre-filled on WhatsApp or email. We reply with availability and price. No online payment and no booking fees.
The village sits at over 1,300 metres, on the Alto Sangro plateau in the province of L'Aquila.
